In this article, it talks about how the Obama administration plans on creating a big new regulation on offshore oil and gas drilling. This is to try to prevent the explosions that lead to the gigantic BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. This announcement is timed just perfectly to match up with the 5 year anniversary of the spill which killed 11 men and send tons and tons of barrels of oil out into the water.
