Bill Gates and Other Business Leaders Urge U.S. to Increase Energy Research 3/4

In this article, it talks about how the United States government is apparently not spending enough money on every research. This puts reducing carbon emissions at risk. The American Energy Innovation Council is wanting Congress to devote more time and funds to bettering the energy crisis in America so that future generations do not have the same problems that we have, or have to deal with larger problems.
